Someone's Internet browser or Java is not working properly on ideachess.com 3. Tell everybody the latest and greatest chess engine that came out recently. 4. Zuril will give his updates like the cloud came out about 3 months ago. Otherwise use the forum; maybe Datr, GaryKevinware, and Zuril will give some input. N4PLL

2016-02-05	Garykevinware	In chess compositions, it might be considered a flaw to have dual solutions, but it is a bigger flaw to have a correct answer marked as wrong.
2016-02-05	Datr	There used to be more than on path to mate, on some mate problems, and I used to like it when there was, but the software was change to search for unique solutions only. I preferred the old system, it seem to provide more wealth to the solutions.

2016-02-04	Garykevinware	My point is to fix it so that the inaccurate problems aren't put up in the first place. As I might have explained before, the Chess Life editor inaccurately labelled the preview problem for an article of mine as a mate in 3 instead of a mate in 2, because if you don't use Fritz in the Mate Search mode, it won't necessarily find the quickest mate, like the difference between a problem solver and an OTB player.
2016-02-04	N4pll	I agree with both of you Datr and Garykevinware. The 22 deleted mated problem are nothing compared to the other mated problems (Datr). However, I think we have too many linear (single lined) problems (Garykevinware). In other websites they use parenthesis showing other ways to solve a checkmate. N4PLL
2016-02-04	Datr	Zuril has already explained that it is far more difficult to fix than delete, I assume it simply isn't time or cost effective and there certainly isn't a shortage of other mate problems.
2016-02-03	Garykevinware	Instead of just deleting these flawed problems, why don't you fix it so that there aren't any more flawed problems; specifically, mate problems in which acceptable solutions are deemed wrong.

2016-01-29	Datr	How do you give multiple rates? It is a bug if it is possible. I can only rate the problem immediately after attempting it.
2016-01-28	Dmedved	It's possible to submit multiple rates per problem, so you can boost or lower the average rating as much as you like. You might consider this to be a bug or a feature.
